优化流程也有利于提升员工福利。通过发送电子邮件、更新电子表格等手动方式对中断进行分流的话，不仅会进一步打破流程，而且会给员工带来压力。最近一项调查显示，高达四分之一的员工对流程感到非常失望，他们甚至想因此辞职。例如，一名供应链团队成员注意到，微软团队的对话和其手动输入到主表中的问题不匹配，且无法知悉他们花多长时间才能解决问题。这只是其中一个案例，用于说明中断的流程可能给员工带来的压力，以及为何您需要从更宏观的层面来看待事物。
