系统部署完毕之后，ATAPI Software就如何使用ABBYY FlexiCapture对Vostokgazprom的员工进行了培训，使他们能够尽快掌握这款自动化数据采集软件的全部功能。
通过部署ABBYY FlexiCapture，Vostokgazprom完成了如下流程的自动化作业：
从被持续监控的文件夹中加载扫描文件；
对文件进行分类整理；
编制文件索引；
文件汇编，完整性检查，转化成可搜索的PDF，将PDF文件各自归档；
将采集到的数据输入存档记录中（将关键数据输入各个字段之中）；
利用校验规则和特定格式规则来校验日期和金额是否正确，并突出显示潜在的错误，便于人工校验。
操作员只需要校验自动输入的字段数据是否正确，并校正错误，用户友好型界面会将其显示得非常清楚。校验过数据以后，操作员就会同意将数据导出至存档文件中。所有其他流程都由系统完成，无须手工操作（当然，除了需要人工把纸质文件放到扫描仪中）。
通过选用ABBYY FlexiCapture，Vostokgazprom得以用最少的成本为原始财会文档成功创建了数字化存档系统。他们只需聘用1个操作员，就完成了对公司大量文档的采集工作。公司员工因而能够轻松地搜寻和检索数字化存档文件。当公司需要向审计员和税务稽查员提交某些文件时，自动化数据采集方案所生成的数字化存档系统就能呈现出更明显的优势了，现在，公司只需要花费极短的时间就能检索并生成所需文件。同时，自动化流程也能最大程度地避免疲劳或分心所造成的人为错误。
