一个财务共享服务中心(FSSC)在雅罗斯拉夫尔市(Yaroslavl)应运而生，负责集中处理俄罗斯各分行的纸质性支付文件，包括ABBYY FlexiCapture单一平台上的文件识别及数据校验
FSSC文件集中化处理的一般按以下步骤进行：文件在各分行被扫描后发送至莫斯科进行识别；识别后的数据由雅罗斯拉夫尔市(Yaroslavl)FSSC进行校验，然后导出至各分行的支付系统。
新的集中化处理系统能够实现自动化文件加载，有利于各地办事处的跨区域作业。鉴于俄罗斯人都喜欢在每日的上午进行支付，而Raiffeisen的分行遍布于9个不同时区，因此，FSSC会在每天中午停止文件自动加载。此外，虚拟服务器的使用使各地办事处的文件加载不受限制。

ABBYY FlexiCapture的另一大特点是收录了必要的标准支付文件模板，如付款委托书、付款申请、催款单等，并可以根据银行规程的变化而随时更新。
FSSC中心的所有员工都受过ABBYY的岗前培训，因此在该中心开始运作时，员工能够立即对新的系统进行正确操作。
节省开支超200万美元
ABBYY FlexiCapture解决方案在FSSC的实行使该分行文件处理时间从先前的每份文件2.5-3分钟缩短至1分钟或更短时间，完成整个分行文件的校验周期仅耗时5个月，超过了该行6个月的最短校验记录。
专家预计FSSC中心的设立以及ABBYY解决方案的应用将在未来4年为银行节约超过200万美元的成本。
